Computers users need to learn the proper care of  their contact lenses.  Remember to handle one lens at a time.  Teach yourself to always start with the same lens, whether it be right or left.  You should also take care of the lens case itself.  Doctors recommend you wash the lens case with unperfumed soap at least every two months. Do not use the same solution twice for cleaning your lenses and never use cleaner after the expiration date has expired.  It is wise to  keep a pair of regular glasses handy in case you should catch a cold to prevent germs from getting into your eyes.
